Shipping

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available.

Some delivery carriers may experience delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But currently most orders are arriving within the estimated delivery time.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

What are SIMS' Expedited Shipping Options?

When available, expedited shipping options will display when you add the item to the shopping cart. This option is also available on the checkout page with the shipping rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Expedited shipping is not available on all items.

Expedited shipping options and fees are based on item size, weight and the delivery destination. Multiple item rates will calculate separately.

Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Some items cannot be expedited due to item size and/or destination. We offer the following shipping options*:

For your protection, all orders are screened for security purposes. If your order is selected for review, our Loss Prevention Team may contact you by phone or email. There may be a two business day delay to process your order.

Delivery Dates

Delivery date indications are a ‘best guess’ and orders may be subject to delays due to extraordinary event or circumstances beyond our control e.g weather conditions, epidemics, customs clearance, and strikes.

International Shipping Information and Policy

We can ship to almost any address across the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

In order to keep shipping costs down, our basic international shipping is typically done via USPS First Class International. This shipping method does not offer tracking via the USPS website and does not have a specified delivery period. It is not available in all countries. Typical delivery times are 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, shipping to some countries may take longer. Please choose the appropriate shipping method for your country/region as SIMS does not guarantee delivery for untracked shipping methods. For quickest and safest service, please use FedEx or DHL: our other aavailable shipping options.

USPS Express Mail International (EMS) (where available):
Delivery Time (estimate): 3-5 business days. Tracking: Yes

FedEx International Priority:
Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Reach major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days. From the U.S. to more than 220 countries and territories.

FedEx International Economy:
Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). From the U.S. to more than 215 countries and territories.

SIMS typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped by methods that do not offer tracking are the customer’s responsibility from the time of shipment. Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions. If you are uncertain as to the reliability of local delivery, please use a tracked shipping method such as EMS or FedEx International.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (for example if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Face Masks are personal hygiene items and as such are considered final sale. They cannot be returned unless sealed and unopened and in original packaging. If your return. fails to meet the previous criteria, we cannot accept the return.

If you need to return an item, please conplete our Refund Forms with product and order information to request an RMA number.

*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
